If you email Elevra, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company and enquiry. We use it to respond, manage the relationship and protect our legitimate business interests.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by necessary service providers acting under appropriate terms. We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and business records.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
